Duplicated reference list

Hi, I'm having trouble while inserting the reference list at the end of my document. I'm not sure why it appears twice in the text, at the end and beside one of the citations, when I use the Insert Citation button. Could you please help me sort out what's wrong with the commands I'm using?

    I don't follow what's happening exactly.
    Could you go step by step describing what you're doing and what's happening?
    Also include you Zotero, Zotero plugin, and Firefox versions as well as you OS and word processor.

    OK, so this is the thing:

    I'm inserting the citations into my Word format text and when I get to the fourth one, and then I insert the bibliography at the end of my text, the bibliography items appear twice (and their numbers are also repeated from 1 to 4).

    I'm using the 2.0.8 Zotero version, a 3.6.10 Firefox version, the 3.0a4 Word plugins version, on Word 2007, Windows Vista Business.

    ok, now I understand. Which style are you using?
    Could you try switching the style to one that doesn't use numbers (e.g. American Psyc. Assoc. or Chicago Author-Date) to see if the problem persists?
