Where is Word toolbar?

I had Zotero working very well using both Mac and Windows Vista. Installed Windows 7, reinstalled Word 2007, Firefox, etc. and the Word plug-in...cannot see it under Ad-Ins in Word or anywhere else. Tried the fixes in the FAQs.

    I can run Zotero by manually going to the macros under View...just cannot see the bloody Zotero tool bar anywhere, including under Add-Ins.

    What fixes in the FAQ did you try? The only reason I can come up with why this might happen is if somehow the toolbar got deleted, and in that case, "Reinstall Word Components" should take care of it. We certainly can't reproduce this issue here.
