no synching or library access
I have been consistently prevented from synching and from viewing my library for a week or so. When trying to view my library, I get the error comments:

There was a problem fetching the items in this library. Please try again in a few minutes.
What does this mean??
I use Zotero on an iMac and an XP laptop. My Zotero and Firefox versions seem to be up to date on both machines.

fcheslackOn the website if you get those errors consistently it is most likely that you have a very large library (or an unusual structure to your library) that is making the requests to get information about your library take too long. Architectural changes to the back end sync/api are in progress which should alleviate these problems.

fcheslackThe syncing issue is actually separate. Are you getting an error when you try to sync?

jcmillerNo -- nothing happens. The green arrow spins, but no references are uploaded or downloaded.

jcmillerI can see my library now at the Zotero website, unlike the preceding week, and both machines seem to be synching OK now. Something changed. That's good! Thanks for the advice.
