Upgrade StorageMy Library folder
Hi,
Which library entries does the MyLibrary folder hold ? Is this a folder that
- contains all biblio entries that are not sorted into subfolders, like in Window's My Documents ? or
- replicates all entries so that you have them once in the general MyLibrary folder and another time in the subfolders ?

Your "folders" (which really aren't folders but collections - the two are distinct) allow you to organize these items - one item can be in multiple collections or in no collection. In any case it exists only once in Zotero - if you delete it from "My Library" it will also disappear from all collections it is in.
For orientation, I believe itunes uses a similar data-model, as does gmail.
