Insert bibliography to a global document (OpenOffice)

Hi,

I have multiple documents joined together in an OpenOffice global document. In each document are inserted Citations by using the OpenOffice Plugin. It is possible to create a single bibliography within these documents.
But how I have to create a global bibliography? I got an empty document in that I want to integrate that bibliography and join it to the global document. However Zotero reports an error, that first I should insert a Citation.
It is also not possible to insert that bibliography in the text field within that global document. :-(

I hope someone can help me.
