Edit Info for multiple items
I'd like to be able to select several items and modify the properties of all those items at once.
For example, I've just downloaded a bunch of citations from Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, and I want to set the "Journal Abbr:" property to "PNAS" for all those articles. Ideally, I would just select them all in the middle pane, and I would be able to edit Info in the right pane, and those edits would be applied to everything selected.
This would be similar to how you can edit information for multiple tracks in Itunes or Amarok. You select a whole album and set the year, etc.

RintzeToday I stumbled onto google-refine (http://code.google.com/p/google-refine/ , formerly known as Freebase Gridworks). The video demo shows a rather nice interface for batch editing, and it would seem a nice companion for Zotero. I'm not sure how easy/feasible it would be to connect it to a local Zotero database though.
