Can I delete orphaned files?

My "orphaned files" folder contains 4,035 files in 2,324 folders, and is 155MB in size. Can I delete those folders?

    I have a similar problem though at a smaller scale. How did you do ?

    You can delete it—that should mostly only exist after a 1.0->2.0 upgrade due to issues in 1.0—but you might want to make sure the files in there exist in your Zotero library as well.
