[new csl] Molecular Microbiology (Wiley)

I have created a basic and barely functional style for Molecular Microbiology (Wiley). While I do not feel it is complete enough for submitting to the official listings it will probably be useable for most people, so here it is!

I found a couple of bugs, one in date disambiguation for references by the same author in one year and one in bibliography sorting. The corrected .csl can be downloaded below.

For sorting, make sure you're testing against the 2.0 dev XPI, which fixes a sorting bug in 2.0.6. (After testing, switch back to 2.0.6 or wait for 2.0.7.)
