Information not syncing correctly

I use zotero with several other people in a lab to keep track of many various medical publications and articles. I have had the task of organizing and creating the various articles on my computer but when they go on their computer it only shows half of the work I have done. I have tried syncing several times and upgrading but it still does not show up on their computers or on the site online, only in my zotero workspace on my computer. I need help so that it will save to our group library so we can all use them.

    "half of the work I have done" isn't enough information. What type of things are missing?
    Notes you take? Attachments? Entire articles/items?
    Also, describe what you're doing more precisely.

    Okay, On my computer I have about 200 citations but only about 70 are showing up on the other computers that are in the group attached to this library. I pressed the sync button yesterday around 1PM and It is still syncing but no error notices have come up yet. How long should I wait until I know that something is wrong with the syncing without having an error notice come up?

    Hi,
    I also had the problem where the citation library on my laptop did not update with entries I'd made on my work PC.

    The problem resolved itself when I reset the password and then re-entered it into the Sync Preferences box - even though it was the same password as previously.
