Group Library

I started a Group Library. 5 of my co-members got access to the library i created and can actually see and use the titles/folders in it. However, one of them does not get to see the folders. Once trying, no error-message appears. Syncronizing, restarting Firefox, Zotero whatsoever does not help. Following the invitationlink one more time does not work. What can I do?

    It still does not work. Now I get also an error report which says the following:

    Perform a Full Sync from the Sync->Reset pane of the Zotero prefs.

    Thanks, however, I have done this, but still there is no library visible...

    Meaning what? Is it syncing, or are you getting an error?

    First it didn't, but then i removed the member from the group and invited her for the group again. Now it's working. Thanks for your help.
