Word plugin: problem with document

Hello all,
When trying to insert citations in an existing document (not used with zotero before), the following error message appears in a box:
"Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
La propiedad no está disponible en el objeto." (Property not available in object)
Other documents work. I followed the steps in "Debugging broken documents", i.e. copied and pasted everything to a new document, changed styles, but had no luck.
I reported the error, ID is 2146968525
WIndows XP SP3, word 2003, FF 3.6.8

    This is usually caused by index fields in your document that have a field code with no associated text.

    The easiest way to resolve the issue is to install the WinWord 3.0 branch XPI, which should fix this problem. If do this, make sure to back up your document regularly and to install WinWord Integration 3.0a5 when it is released.

    Alternatively, you can try to find and delete the problematic field codes by displaying field codes in your document and removing those that do not start with ADDIN ZOTERO, but this will also break Word's index functionality.
