Need translator for IMF publications

I noticed that no translator exists for the IMF publications repository. It would be great to have this.

    Yes, it would be nice. Unfortunately, it takes a fair amount of time to create a translator -- from 45 minutes to several hours, depending on the developer's experience and the complexity of the job. There are thousands of sites that would be great to support, so the best option is to find an interested party who wants to learn how to write translators, or to hire a developer. I should note that writing translators isn't that hard, but there is a bit of a learning curve to deal with.
