Transferring Files

I have a new computer!

I'm trying to transfer Zotero files from old to new computer.

I assumed all I would need to do was transfer then contents of the zotero 'storage' folder .
I tried this, but it didn't work.

I'd be grateful if someone walked me through the procedure.

    Just go one step up: you need to move the whole contents of the 'zotero' folder, which includes the database itself (zotero.sqlite) and its backup. The storage folder only has the saved PDFs and web snapshots.
