Zotero Integration Error

Zotero experienced an error updating your document - no error code. Happens when I try to insert a citation or a bibliography. Help! I'm in the middle of a thesis. Everything was working fine until today.

    I have a similar problem : windows seven, OOo 3.2, firefox 3.6
    The report ID is 620544279
    sometimes Zotero can't insert the proper citation : he just inserts the word "citation" , and he gets confused while updating the document, changes some citations...And sometimes a message error appears saying something with java sun. I already checked that java was installed, i removed manyt times firefox and zotero and OOo : no success...
    I'm also finishig my thesis and would really appreciate some help, in french if possible.

    I shut everything down, rebooted by machine, installed the update for Firefox. Voila. Problem fixed, but not really sure how.

    paulian claire, can you take a screenshot of the error message and email it to support@zot...org?

    THank you very much for answering...i've restored the system, running now vista - and reinstalled firefox and so on, but as far as I see there is still trouble with inserting citation. I didn't get the message error for now, but i shall send it as soon as i receive it...
