syncing

I am going to describe the situation first and then ask a question...

I have created a zotero personal library and group library on a desktop and have synced them with the zotero server. I then opened my account on my laptop and my library and my group's library came up in the main webpage, but not in my zotero box at the bottom of my internet screen. How can I get my libraries into my zotero area at the bottom of the screen?

    Assuming you have the Zotero plugin installed on your laptop: Zotero Preferences (Gear menu) -> Sync tab

    Put in your credentials.
    It will sync automatically or you can click the sync button (round green arrow at the top right of the Zotero pane) to do it manually.

    I have the plugin, and it is syncing. It's just taking a long time to sync. I guess I should be patient, though. I have some big files syncing.
