Syncing, tags, content not showin up

My group has a large group library. We have 8 users. We have noticed that in the past few weeks, items will appear in the group library on some users machines but not on others. Everyone is using the latest version of Firefox (3.6.6) and zotero (2.0.3). Is anyone else have the same problem? I cant seem to figure out a way to get around it. We have tried it with only one user using firefox, everyone syncing in an order (those with more in their library first...those with least last).

Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks Dan. I dont think thats the issue, but will look into it. For example I have not had any sync issues. I use one computer and sync to a group library. Some of my colleagues can see items in the library that I cant. I have automatic syncing on. It says that I am synced. Some of my colleagues are also having the same problem. There are 8 of us on this group library, about half of them can see the new (last two weeks) content, the rest of us cant. As far as I know there have been no syncing errors. I will check with them today on that.

    I am the admin for the group and do see any issues on the storage/user access side.

    I myself have had this problem twice. Try shutting down Firefox; restart Firefox. Hover your cursor over the sync icon to see what it says. In my case, the arrow was spinning constantly but nothing was happening for some reason. Shutting Firefox and restarting fixed the problem. Others in the group did not have the same problem. I have a whole lot more material in Zotero than any of the rest of them do. - Elisabeth
