Disappearing Cites

I am a new user. A number of titles I've entered do not show when I attempt to cite them via use of the Word plug-in. I see them in the Firefox window but when I try to pick them up for the cite they do not show. Is there anyone who can help me with this? My apologies if it has already been covered somewhere else. Garry

    It mainly happens with cites where I have entered the information myself rather downloading it from a catalogue site.

    strange - never heard of this before.
    Have you tried searching for them (i.e. using the search box) in the plugin window?

    is it possible that you have selected in the word plugin a different folder? select the main library, then it should work.
