Hi, I've been reading through all the troubleshooting to try and figure out why I am not able to get zotero to come up in my Word doc. I have Word for Mac 2008 and I downloaded the plug-ins, etc, from the Zotero main page. I have been able to go on the web and collect all the different documents that I need...but now that I'm in word, I cannot get the toolbar to come up. I have done a search for the zotero.dot file and it is nowhere on my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug-ins three times now and this zotero.dot file still does not show up. There is nothing listed under the templates and add-in tab for Word. I am very upset having spent the last 4 hours collecting all this data for a paper only to not be able to do anythign with it in Word.
