Sync Error

Files from office/home computers are not syncing, although all files can be found on Zotero website.

Receiving message currently that tells me files have been updated in the library, but I cannot find those files. This message comes up repeatedly (and distractingly).

    What message, exactly?

    Based on your error report, try a Full Sync from the Sync->Reset pane of the Zotero preferences.
  • I did a full sync, and that seems to have cleared up the problem. (And so I have not been able to get the error message in question again -- it said something about the files having been changed on another computer...)
