Zotero dosn't work after Firefox 3.6.4 update

Hi,
I have used Zotero for years, always with the newest Firefox and Zotero version. But since the Firefox 3.6.4 update I can't open Zotero any more and the possibility of downloading and cataloging papers is also not given. Has anybody experiences with this problem?

    confirmed, no zotero sign in worldcat or google books in 3.6.4 with OSX 10.5.5 and latest zotero.

    Zotero works fine for me on 3.6.4 on OS X 10.6.4, but Firefox upgrades have a tendency to mess with extension files. Have you tried following these instructions, particularly the "corrupt extension files" link?

    didn't work, sorry. I never got an error message during the installation (just for beeing sure I followed the recomanded steps concering the "currupt extension files") but still I can't see Zotero in the Status Bar and when I'm trying to open Zotero using the Add-on-Menue, the Menue crashes. If anybody has still any ideas, I'm very thankfull.

    What error message do you get?

    Sorry, misread your previous message. If the Add-ons menu is crashing, this is probably a Firefox bug. You might want to try creating a new Firefox profile and seeing if that makes Zotero work. If it does, you can migrate your old Zotero library to the new profile by following these instructions.
