Upgrade StorageApplication launch button disappeared from Firefox
I was notified to install an update for the extension and did so. For some reason the installation did not succeed. I initiated a new installation. After restarting Firefox I do not see the button for launching the application (bottom right of browser). I do however get the icons on the address bar for inserting new references.
Any suggestions of what to do and how to launch the application?
