I can't insert a citation or anything into MS Word 2010

I have Word 2010 trial, Windows 7, when I try to insert a citation or change an existing one, a Zotero integration error pops up. So I can't use Zotero in connection with Word at all.

Before reinstalling my new computer, I already used Zotero with no problem at all with the same config. I am frustrated that I am doing something wrong here, but I don't know what.

    We'll be happy to help, but for this particular issue, we need a report ID, not a debug ID.

    There are no integration errors in that report. Try triggering the error message again and generate another.

    I can see that as well - although I trigger the error, it does not appear in the error report, but does appear in the debug report (and that is also why I sent that in the first place). I am not sure if it is possible to make the error apear in the error report.

    I am using a Czech version of Zotero and English trial of Word, latest versions of all (Zotero, FF,..).

    Unfortunately, the only thing I see in the debug report is

    (3)(+0000000): Integration: Instantiating @zotero.org/Zotero/integration/application?agent=WinWord;1 for command addCitation

    which simply indicates that the addCitation command has begun executing, but doesn't help us figure out the error. Ordinarily, Word integration error messages show up in error reports, so this is strange behavior.

    If you see something else in the debug report (besides what I quoted above), please post it below. Otherwise, if you can post the full error message you see here, or take a screenshot of the error message and send it to us at support@zot...org, we'll do our best to track down the cause.

    When I empty the debug report and then try to insert a citation, this is the whole content of the debug report:

    When you say "integration error" - what's the exact error message you get?
    Have you made sure to update your plugin? Only the most recent version in WOrd 2010 compatible

    The title reads "Zotero integration error" and the message is "An error occurred during the update of your document".

    I have reinstalled MS Word, but the error is the same. Also, I installed Open Office and there is no similar error.

    None of these worked, but thanks anyway! Zotero is giving me the same error message in new/old documents of different versions..

    Any help appreciated.
