Create own Citation Style

Is it possible to create an own Citation Output Style in Zotero with manually structured Items?

I thought about a (non-source-code-based) tool which offers the possibility to generate my own citation style, eg.:

wysiwig csl generators exist, but don't work properly and are currently being devlopped

thanks a lot! I tried a bit with the Zotero Reference test Pane and It works quite good.

I've got another question: Although in the specific source-code of "Harvard-Style" is written "et al" the programm transforms the citation in german translation ("u. a.") Where can I switch my citation language into english?

You can set the bibliography locale by typing about:config into the Firefox address bar, looking for extensions.zotero.export.bibliographyLocale, and entering an appropriate locale code. For example, to use English, set it to en-US. See the chrome manifest

See the export.bibliographyLocale hidden preference. For English, you probably want to set it to en-US.
