Empty box

We are testing Zotero for a while. A colleague cannot save online-articles from the electronical journal library (this journal: http://psycontent.metapress.com/content/1010-0652/). When she clicks on the symbol for saving the article, it appears only a empty box without the text "saving..". But when she enters the doi-number of the article into zotero, then it saves the article.

She has uninstalled zotero and Mozilla Firefox and installed both from the beginning, but nothing changed.

I can save articles from this journal. But she cannot...

Do you have a suggestion for solving this problem?

Please give the full URI to an article that does not import correctly and a report ID, per http://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues

This one works for me:

Concerning the report ID I have to contact my colleague.

Maybe this could help... She is using Mac OSX and I use Windows Vista.
Other colleagues, that use Mac OSX don't have problems, saving articles.

that article works in general - have her run through the translator troubleshooting noksagt links to above. Only then the error ID becomes relevant.
