For the time being you can download the BibTeX file and import it from your desktop.
The problem is solved if you replace it with CiNii.js of "Translators Directory(*)".
(*) C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[ProfileID]\zotero\translators (Windows)
