What is the best way to enter archival papers?

Right now they are coming in as "book" entries with inadequate information. Do I need to manually input the info.?

Example from Worldcat, with no further information coming into Zotero:
John Ferguson Weir Papers, 1838-1957 (inclusive), 1861-1928 (bulk)

    You need to manually edit them (probably a limitation of the data on the page and/or the Zotero translator). Change the type to "manuscript" and edit as needed.
