Cannot export in MLA format

I cannot export my library in MLA format, but can in others. Only MLA is hatched out. Am I doing wrong something?

    Can you elaborate? How are you exporting, through the word plugin, right clicking on items, dragging and dropping into text fields? And do you have the most up to date version of Zotero. (RC5)
