pubmed -> saving to my library

I use pubmed and I have a problem when i want to save a page to zotero by clicking on the little icon, I get the grey box where it says its saving but my library remains empty... Could someone help me?

    Please provide the URL that you are trying to save, your operating system version, Firefox version, and Zotero version.

    There were issues with Pubmed quite recently, but I believe they have been cleared up.

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16360788 is what i'm trying to save, and I have the latest zotero version 2.0.3, firefox 3.6 and Mac OS X snow leopard....

    That should work using the newest Pubmed translator. Update your translators from the Zotero preferences and it should start working again.

    My guess is that you are working from a computer that has been offline for a few days, or at least Firefox has been closed.

    so I updated the translators and restarted Firefox and tried again with the same link and others and my library is still empty.

    PS This is the first time I'm using zotero so maybe I have to change some settings?

    Aha. In that case, take a look at the introductory videos at http://www.zotero.org/support/screencast_tutorials to see how things work. Watch what they do in the videos and try each step on your own. If you run into issues, post here.

    Note that the library on the zotero.org website is not where you should be looking -- you will need to click on the "Zotero" icon in the bottom right of your browser to bring up the Zotero pane. The website is populated when you sync with the website, which you will need to set up in the Zotero preferences.
