Zotero MacWord integration error

I recently update firefox and am now getting the following error every time I open a new window:
"The Zotero MacWord Integration installation succeeded, but a necessary component does not appear to be loaded properly.

Zotero can attempt to correct this for you. A Firefox restart will be required. Continue?"

I restart Firefox and the error continues. What is the "necessary component?"

Any thoughts?

    Please include what versions of Firefox, Zotero, and the Word plugin you have when reporting problems.

    You probably need to upgrade to the latest version of PythonExt.

    i am getting the same problem everytime i open firefox

    i am using
    firefox 3.0.19
    mac OS X 10.4.11
    zotero 2.0.3 with PythonExt 2.5.2.20080611 and Zotero MacWord Integration 3.0b.2
    and the zotero script menu doesnt appear in word 2008.

    I've gone through all the steps described in the Word processor plugin troubleshooting for this error message but it still doesnt work.

    Remove your version of PythonExt and install the version zotero.org version from the installation page.

    thanks, i've just installed PythonExt 2.6.2.20100203 from the installation page by clicking the version zotero.org link but i got an error message saying it wasnt compatible with firefox 3.0.19 so i've upgraded to firefox 3.5.9. I do not get the error message when firefox starts anymore but the script menu still doesnt appear in Word and i now have a new error reported : report ID 1110245728

    Yes, don't use Firefox 3.0. (Why not use 3.6?)

    No Zotero errors in there.

    I have now installed firefox 3.6 but the zotero menu still does not appear in word 2008. I have followed the steps from your link and reinstalled the Zotero MacWord Integration plug-in, i got a message saying installation was succesful, but after restarting word, there is still nothing. In zotero i get a report error saying :

    [JavaScript Error: "focusedElt is null" {file: "chrome://global/content/bindings/dialog.xml" line: 155}]

    Did you follow the instructions here? In particular, you may have to copy the scripts to the appropriate directory as noted in #2.

    There was no Zotero files in the ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Word Script Menu folder, even after reinstalling Word components. I have copied the zotero scripts from another computer and now it seems to work perfectly.
