Hi there,
I received an error attempting to get a citation for an emerald article.
The automatic proxies are running (it would be good to be able to easily disable them to see if they're causing the issue). http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/7667/temporarily-disable-proxy-redirection/

    Can you provide the URL that you were accessing? That way other users can try to access it and see if it's specific to your setup.

    Hi there.

    It's going through the university of melbourne's proxy:
    http://www.emeraldinsight.com.ezp.lib.unimelb.edu.au/Insight/viewContentItem.do?contentType=Article&contentId=1817427

    It's not the page, it's getting the citation that causes the error (clicking the little zotero text page icon in the firefox address bar).

    The direct link would probably be:
    http://www.emeraldinsight.com/Insight/viewContentItem.do?contentType=Article&contentId=1817427

    However I can't go to the direct link because Zotero takes over. Actually, I just thought I could disable the Zotero plugin... but then I wouldn't be able to save the citation anyway :P

    It works for me, so this is likely a proxy issue. Can you submit an error report and debug output for an attempt to save from Emerald? Since I can't replicate the error, we'll need debugging info from your end.
