Install fails on Firefox 3.7a5

When I attempt to install Zotero 2.0.3 on Firefox 3.7a5, I receive an error "Zotero 2.0.3 could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 3.7a5pre.". I have tried installing from both the Zotero site and the Firefox addons page. I have Nightly Tester Tools installed (which was recommended by a previous forum post here on this topic), but that does not appear to help. I had a Zotero 2 beta installed previously (showing that compatibility with Firefox 3.7 existed at one time), and that stopped working, so I uninstalled it today. I tried installing 2.0.3 both before and after the uninstall of the old version, receiving the same message both times. Is there a workaround to force Zotero to install?
  • We haven't yet tested Zotero with 3.7. If there are specific problems, feel free to report them. You'll need to override compatibility checking with NTT.
  • specifically you need to select "override all compatibility" at the bottom right of the "Add-ons" Dialogue in Firefox.

Is this override possible with the new Add-ons Manager in Firefox? I haven't found a way to force the install. Anyone else figure it out?

Update: I can force an install after installing the Add-on Compatibility Reporter, but the Add-on does not seem to be allowed to get loaded.

    Thanks
  • oops - NTT doesn't and won't work for 3.7a (which will turn into FF 4.0)

also notes a forthcoming substitute. Right now I fear you're stuck, but it sounds like
compatibility reporter will pick this up soon.
