I regret that bibtex export is still producing invalid bibtex, because the cite key uses underscores to separate the components. (This was pointed out several times during the summer). It is straightforward to fix this by changing the underscore to a hyphen, and I would hope that it could be done for the next release.

    While there is no doubt this is the most serious bug, there are other uncomfortable ones. For example, exporting to BibTeX does not include an issue field for article entries, which is imprescindible in several citation formats.

    The fields to export, and the format of the citation key, should be user configurable.
