Upgrade StorageSync removing items from subcollections
I use Zotero on three different machines (all at v2.0.3) - a win XP laptop, linux (ubuntu) desktop, and the same desktop running win7 (dual-boot).
Recently, syncing has removed all my items from their subcollections. They all appear in the "My Library" view, but not in the individual subcollections.
The problem started when I mistakenly logged in to a computer at work; my items were all deleted when someone else used the machine, and this was then synced. However, I was able to overwrite the server copy from my desktop at home. Subsequent syncs have undone this, however.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated. Am I able to restore them to the subcollections? Is this a function of their having been deleted, synced, and then overwritten?

I assume you've verified that the items appear that way on the website as well?
