Sync doesn't work with subcollections

I work a lot with sub collection but these subcollections don't sync between my computers. What can i do to get it work ? It's very important to me.

    I'm in the same boat, but for now am using specialized tags so that I can later reconstruct my sub-collections. Eg: "Sub-Collection Library - Dissertation - Chapter 1".
