Syncing not working properly - Error ID# 1896946744

I am trying to sync my group library to my Zotero group and I keep receiving a conflict error message for one citation. I deleted the citation from my personal library subdirectory and in my group library subdirectory. I then tried to sync it again, but I continue to receive a conflict error message for the citation that is deleted. I removed the automatic sync feature in my preferences thinking that might be causing a problem. However, it still is not syncing. None of the citations are moving over to my group library. I also deleted my Firefox search history thinking perhaps it was a cache problem. It still does not work. I need a suggestion ASAP. Thank you. Error ID # 1896946744. Here is the error language I receive:

    The conflict isn't the problem—it's the sync error you're getting afterward. (As long as the sync isn't going through, you'll continue to get the same conflicts each time you try to sync.)

    But that's an odd error. Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that generates the error?
