Author listing format wrong

help. i have two record w/ authors with w/ the name Green. the one in which Green is a co-author lists first and last name in my in-text citation, even though i use ASA format, which should not show first names. i think it's b/c i have another record w/ a Green. i've tried editing and re-creating the record. i'm sure it's a bug. ideas?

    you're right - Zotero is disambiguating the two authors with the same last name by adding a first name.
    In general I believe that is correct in ASA - if not, please link to a respective passage in a style guide -
    at the moment Zotero is a bit too radical with this - i.e. it disambiguates even in cases where it's not strictly necessary - i.e. where you have Smith & A. Green and Meyer and B. Green - not much you can do about that right now, but it will be fixed in a relatively close future.
