Can't import reference from this site

If I try to import this item:
http://www.blackwellpublishing.com/book.asp?ref=9781405129121
I get a small, blank box in the lower right and then nothing is added to my library. I am using FF 2.0.0.8 on Windoze XP Pro x64.

    We don't actually support Blackwell Publishing yet. The import icon is erroneous and is just there because they have some Dublin Core META elements on the page, but the elements don't actually contain any information about the resource being viewed.

    I'm trying to download a reference from the blackwell synergy site, which is supposed to be ok according to the compatability page, but I also have a small, blank box in the lower right.
