Item type "Web Page" missing in "New Item -> More"

In the most recent version of Zotero (2.0.3) the item type Web page is missing when clicking the button New Item and More in the menu bar.

Currently I need to select another item type when creating a new item and change the item type to Web page by using the info pane on the right.

The search contains the item type Web page as well.

    you can create a webpage automatically by using "Create New Item from Current Page" - there are a couple of threads on this if you want to search for an in depth explanation, but essentially this was done because the two versions of getting a webpage entry had created confusion.

    I was thrown off by this myself yesterday-- it does sometimes happen that one would like to add an entry for a webpage that is not currently open, but the potential for confusion is real enough that I think I agree with the decision to not include it in the menu.

    Well, it's not quite comprehensible to me. I don't see why it should be confusing when adding the item type Web page to the More menu as well.

    Create New Item from Current Page is not an equivalent to adding a new empty item of type Web page.
    • What if the Web page I would like to enter is not displayed while maintaining items?

    • What if I don't want to have the field Accessed filled in?

    • What about the Title, which has to be adjusted quite frequently, since it does not comply with the actual heading of the page?
    I think that I will have to get along with adding a new item of another type and changing it to Web page in the info pane.
