Won't Grab Journal Refs: Error Code 1846630085

I keep encountering this problem when logging into the journal Environment and Planning D via my university library system. When I try to grab a reference by clicking on the little icon in the address bar, Zotero flashes the message that it is saving the reference, but the reference doesn't appear in my library and I get error messages like the following:

    Addendum: this doesn't seem to happen all the time. About every fifth try (different articles in same journal each time), it works fine.

    Don't post the actual messages from the error report (since more often than not they're not related). Just provide the Report ID and sample URLs.
