Seattle Public Library "could not save item"

Blue Zotero book ikon shows as it does in other catalogs, hovering produces "Save to Zotero (Library Catalog (Dynix))"
Just wont' do it. Other sites fine. Using 2.02 over Firefox 3.6.3 on OS X leopard
