Zotero does'nt start - help please !

When I launch firefox, there is a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark on zotero's logo, and if I move the arrow over the sign, I get the message : "Une erreur s'est produite lors du démarrage de Zotero" which means "An error occured during the startup of Zotero".
I've just installed a new software on my mac, which is called 'Antidote', a French corrector software ; during the installation, the software tried to install an add-on in Firefox, but failed. Since then, Zotero isn't able to start anymore.
I've tried to uninstall Antidote, to reinstall Zotero and to reinstall Firefox, nothing will do.
I really need to use Zotero - anyone knows what I can do ?

    Follow the steps in the Reporting Startup Errors section of the Reporting Bugs page and let us know what appears in the Error Console.

    Ok : I don't have a bug ID - I can't access zotero at all.

    My Zotero version is 2.02, my Firefox version is 3.6.3, and the software I was talking about is Antidote HD version 2.

    When I installed Antidote, the software tried to automatically install a complementary module in Firefox, but it failed for some reason. But since then, when I start firefox, there is a yellow triangle (with an exclamation mark on it) over the zotero sign, and when I put my mouse over it, I get the message "Une erreur s'est produite lors du démarrage de Zotero" which means "An error occured during the startup of Zotero".
    I've tried to uninstall Antidote, to reinstall Zotero and to reinstall Firefox, nothing will do.

    Can you help me ?

    Ok, I've read too fast and didn't saw the section.

    1) Restart your computer.

    2) Check permissions on your entire Zotero data directory.
