Server : Only sync groups ?

As you don't seem to let us run a local server (we are waiting since 2 or 3 years), can you add an option that would allow us to sync only groups not our library ?

I'm trying to convince people in my workplace to use Zotero, but they really don't like the fact that their data is sent somewhere on the Internet when syncing…

Will you reconsider your position about server code diffusion one day ?

    this sounds like a creative solution with a minimum of coding effort (it could be done as a parameter in the bowels)
