WOrd 2008 Mac doesn't recognize zotero anymore

Hi

I'm running firefox 3.6.3, actual zotero and WordMac-Extension and Word 2008. I reinstalled WordMac several times but word doesn't recognize zotero:-(

can anyone help?

    word could not communicate with zotero. ensure that firefox is open and try again. Don't have any Report ID because i can't report :-(

    Have you installed PythonExt in Firefox?

    yep i did and 2 months ago when i started it last time it worked :-(

    1. Open Firefox 3.6.3
    2. Open Word 2008 Mac (or vice versa)
    3. try to insert citation
    4. error: word could not communicate with zotero. ensure that firefox is open and try again.

    pythonext installed
    zotero and zoterowordmac-ext. installed

    also, try disabling all other FF add-ons

    I'm having a somewhat similar problem - I'm helping a student with Word 2008, with the newest version of Zotero (2.0.2), and Python (pythonext-2.6.2.20100203) and the Word for Mac Plugin.

    When we go to Word, we see the icon for the Word Script menu but only see "About this Menu" when we pull it down - no Zotero options.

    We've run through the troubleshooting options, including re-installing Python and the Plugin. The student has no other FF add-ons. Any advice?
