Problems translating from EBSCO Host

Zotero is not allowing me to save a file retrieved through the search engine for academic journals called EBSCO Host. I have implemented every troubleshooting option for translation issues, but to no avail -- i.e., I have the latest of all necessary software (Zotero, Firefox, translators), and I have checked the integrity of my database, disabled other add-ons. With other journal databases like Jstor, I have not had difficulties. In the past, too, I have been able to download from EBSCO Hostr.

    what exactly happens? Do you get an error message? If so - send an error report.
    Also, post a sample URL (even if you are using a proxy, post the whole address).
    Or is the problem just that a file isn't attached?

    I get an error message, and I have sent an error report. Where do I post a sample URL? It seems that Zotero is rejecting the proxy, EBSCO Host, by not allowing me to download a file from the page.

    resend the error report and post the ID here - as the error report window says, they are only read if referred to in a forum post by ID.
    Post the URL here. EBSCO Host is not a proxy. A proxy is something you login to through your library that tells EBSCO that you have a subscription. You may not use one if you are logging in from within the University network or using a VPN connection (don't worry if you don't know what that is).

    I cannot save content from EBSCO HOST using Zotero. I get an error message stating known translation issues. I've done all the trouble shooting, but I'm still having a problem. I have the most recent version of firefox and I'm using zotero 1.0

    I am unable to save any files from EbSCOHOST using Zotero. An error message saying known translation issues comes up but I have also followed all the troubleshooting and nothing is saving still. I have an updated version of both firefox and zotero. Here is an example:

    Odd. When I save the same item, it works fine; using the address http://web.ebscohost.com/ehost/detail?vid=3&hid=15&sid=00dded6a-950c-4da6-938f-48c848fbb9d7@sessionmgr10&bdata=JnNpdGU9ZWhvc3QtbGl2ZQ==#db=a9h&AN=23689466#db=a9h&AN=23689466 (same thing, just without your university proxy).

    Do you have this problem for all EBSCOhost items?
