As I've seen others post, Zotero won't open when I start Firefox and I receive the pop-up message "There was an error starting Zotero," along with the yellow hazard sign. Below is one of the errors I received in my console:
Error: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80520015 (NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED) [nsILocalFile.remove]" nsresult: "0x80520015 (NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/integration.js :: anonymous :: line 70" data: no]

mhloweI first entered the first set of commands, followed by the second, and entered my password. Everything seemed to go smoothly, but when I restarted Firefox, Zotero will still not open. Would you like me to show you what outputs I get when I run the first command set?
