Report ID: 213020888 Items can't be saved in zotero

Hi,

I can't add new items to my zotero library from pubmed.com
Zotero keeps telling me, that the item could not be saved. It also says something about converting problems. I checked the faq about that, but for no good.

Im using Firefox 3.6.3, zotero 2.0.2, Windows XP SP3
  • I deactivated all firefox extensions except zotero. This did not solve the Problem. I do not have any Plug-Ins activated known to cause incompabilities.

    I figured out that using "create a new item by identification number" is working, but I constantly recieve the same error, when trying to add an item by clicking the button in the browser's address bar.

    Anyone has a clue? Thx.

    Hi. Pubmed changed something, and the translator stopped working for it last week. However, someone has already updated that translator to be compatible again. Make sure that you have all your translators updated (Preferences->General->First item under miscellaneous->Update Now). If that does not fix it, try looking at this page: http://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues
