Submitting citation styles: Biotropica and American Journal of Botany

    I've added the styles, thanks for contributing.
    Two small notes - remember to change the link and ID for new styles (in the case of Biotropica you hadn't).
    By convention we don't use capital letters in the ID and filename (for AmJBot, which I've renamed american-journal-of-botany.
    Otherwise styles look great, thanks again.
