Firefox, Mac & Quicktime
Hi...
Just downloaded Zotero. Clicked onto video tutorials and I get the Quicktime logo "Q" with a question mark "?" in it, obviously meaning that the videos can't be played on Quicktime for some reason. Quicktime works fine on Safari and Internet Explorer for Mac browsers. I'm not that familiar with Firefox, any ideas? Maybe I need to download some specific codecs? Thanks for any help you can give.

The screencasts are .swf files, this will require a flash player. I belive you should be able to download the plugin you need from http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer
Did that work for you?
