Suppressing Author with Multiple Citations

Currently it does not seem possible to suppress the author when also using multiple citations. If the author is the same in all the multiple citations, then it should be possible to suppress the author's name.

How can I create a citation to Author (1999, 2001)?
  • I experimented a bit with shift+F9, and it seems possible to resolve this manually by adding ,"suppressAuthor":true before the curly bracket of each reference.

    ADDIN ZOTERO_ITEM {"sort":false,"citationItems":[{"itemID":"6005","suppressAuthor":true},{"itemID":"1532","suppressAuthor":true}]}

    The feature request, however, remains: allow the suppress author tick box when the multiple authors are the same.
