"Zotero experienced an error updating your document" Word 2002

Hello,

I just upgraded to Zotero 2.02 and then installed the new Word plugin. When I try to insert a citation in a blank document, I get the error message:

"Zotero experienced an error updating your document"

I've tried restarting my computer, and I've tried uninstalling the word plugin and then reinstalling. I continue to get this error message.

I'm using Zotero 2.02, Firefox 3.03 MS Word 2002 SP3 and Windows XP 2002 SP3.

Anyone have any suggestions?

    The report ID is 1081281059 (I just submitted it about 5 minutes ago). Any thoughts/suggestions will be most welcome! I'd really like to get zotero back!

    I have a very similar problem.

    I haven't used Zotero in Word since I had Zotero 1.x on my computer. I've been keeping Zotero updated but not the word integration. When I tried to update that today I get the message when I do anything with the Zotero toolbar:
    Zotero Integration Error
    Zotero experienced an error updating your document

    This happens in already saved documents and blank documents. Previous documents with Zotero references in them just show up as text (not as add-in citations) and have the same error when I try to insert or edit previous citations.

    Also, I have deleted the Zotero.dot file and tried reinstalling it. I have also tried reinstalling the integration firefox plugin.

    I apologize if this error was "solved" elsewhere in forums, but the other times this error message was reported the situation seemed quite different than mine.

    I'd appreciate any help,

    I'm using Zotero 2.02; initially using Firefox 3.03 but since upgraded to 3.6.3 (problem remains); MS Word 2003 SP3 and Windows XP 2002 SP3.


    Interestingly, the Open Office plugin functions properly with new documents/citations.
